Hey Dan,
It’s been quite some time since I got my barrel back, I doubt you even remember helping me out. I’ve been toying with what little factory ammo I could find to break it in and it’s taken me this long to gather up everything I needed to load my own for the 6.5-284 like it needs to be. I went out this morning and had 4 rounds of 4 different charge weights I wanted to start out with. I’m very new to this and these were to be the first of my own loads ever shot. I was shooting off a bipod with a rear bag while leaning on a table. Not as optimal as a vise, but it’s the best I could come up with. The first 4 I had two touching, one pull and one that was opened up to around 0.6″ This picture is the second group of 4. I’ve always dreamed of having a 1 hole gun, but could never justify buying a several thousand dollar custom rifle. Thanks for helping get this one right and making a great barrel.
Brian
